ANO10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R2P6, CIDECP1, and HYKK. Each is linked with ANO10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO10-to-partner and partner-to-ANO10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R2P6 grouped by ANO10-low versus ANO10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
