Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKS6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKS6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ANKS6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKS6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

GBM, UCEC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ANKS6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
