ANKS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 777 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELT, HPS4, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with ANKS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKS6-to-partner and partner-to-ANKS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELT grouped by ANKS6-low versus ANKS6-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
