Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,377 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Fatty acid catabolic process, and Fatty acid beta-oxidation. Each is linked with ANKRD9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD9-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD9 results are reported.
