ANKRD65

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD65 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,220 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD65-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIPE, ACBD5, and ITGA7. Each is linked with ANKRD65 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD65-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD65 versus LIPE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD65→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
