ANKRD65

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD65 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,931 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD65-associated genes across cancer lineages are IKBKGP1, SIAE, and FAHD2A. Each is linked with ANKRD65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD65-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD65 versus IKBKGP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD65→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
