Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD65 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD65-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP. Each is linked with ANKRD65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD65-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD65 results are reported.
