The most reproducible ANKRD65-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Cytoplasmic translation, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ANKRD65 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD65-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD65 results are reported.
