Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and MESO show a favorable association.

UVM, READ, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
