Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 6 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC and UCEC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
KIRC, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ANKRD62P1-PARP4P3 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
