Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 708 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD62-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ANKRD62 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD62-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by ANKRD62-low versus ANKRD62-high in OVARY.
