ANKRD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,985 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL3, CACNA2D1, and RPL5. Each is linked with ANKRD6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD6-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD6 versus RPL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
