ANKRD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERHP2, RNA5SP86, and CYP27B1. Each is linked with ANKRD6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD6-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERHP2 grouped by ANKRD6-low versus ANKRD6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
