ANKRD49

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD49 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD49-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWC15, KDELR3, and PCK2. Each is linked with ANKRD49 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD49-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD49 versus CWC15 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD49→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
