ANKRD49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD49-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, VDAC2P1, and RPS29P10. Each is linked with ANKRD49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD49-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by ANKRD49-low versus ANKRD49-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD49→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
