Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD44-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM149A, MAGEB4, and AFG1L. Each is linked with ANKRD44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD44-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM149A grouped by ANKRD44-low versus ANKRD44-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD44→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
