Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD34A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD34A-associated genes across cancer lineages are YAP_pS127, eIF4E, and Notch1. Each is linked with ANKRD34A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD34A-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD34A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YAP_pS127 grouped by ANKRD34A-low versus ANKRD34A-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD34A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD34A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
