ANKRD33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD33 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD33-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with ANKRD33 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD33-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ANKRD33-low versus ANKRD33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD33→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
