ANKRD31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,142 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBKS, PTGR2, and VEZF1. Each is linked with ANKRD31 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD31-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD31 versus RBKS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
