Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD30A RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANKRD30A data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ANKRD30A RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD30A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LAML show a favorable association.
KIRC, HNSC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ANKRD30A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
