Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD30A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKRD30A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ANKRD30A Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD30A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, PAAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANKRD30A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
