ANKRD23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD23-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P30, RN7SL248P, and BAG3. Each is linked with ANKRD23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD23-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P30 grouped by ANKRD23-low versus ANKRD23-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
