Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD20A9P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,111 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD20A9P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Macromolecule methylation, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with ANKRD20A9P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD20A9P-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD20A9P results are reported.
