Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD20A9P RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANKRD20A9P data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher ANKRD20A9P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD20A9P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.
DLBC, UCS, and LUAD are the cancer types where ANKRD20A9P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
