The most reproducible ANKRD20A2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Spindle organization, and Negative regulation of amyloid fibril formation. Each is linked with ANKRD20A2P in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD20A2P-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD20A2P results are reported.
