Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD20A11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANKRD20A11P data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ANKRD20A11P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD20A11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and HNSC show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCEC, and KIRC are the cancer types where ANKRD20A11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
