ANKRD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,077 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIN1, SYPL2, and RBBP8P1. Each is linked with ANKRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD2 versus BIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
