ANKRD17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC25, TUBAP4, and OIP5. Each is linked with ANKRD17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD17-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC25 grouped by ANKRD17-low versus ANKRD17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
