ANKRD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,919 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2D, PROSER3, and SRRM2. Each is linked with ANKRD11 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD11-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD11 versus KMT2D in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
