ANKRD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Cyclin-B1, and ERK2. Each is linked with ANKRD11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD11-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by ANKRD11-low versus ANKRD11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
