ANKRD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,640 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRR, ALDH3A1, and OTX1. Each is linked with ANKRD11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD11-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRR grouped by ANKRD11-low versus ANKRD11-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
