Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,520 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are REV3L, SUPT6H, and MDGA1. Each is linked with ANKRD10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD10-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REV3L grouped by ANKRD10-low versus ANKRD10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
