ANKRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK17, ECE2, and INSL5. Each is linked with ANKRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK17 grouped by ANKRD1-low versus ANKRD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
