Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 329 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELF2-AS2, TIMM8B, and SKA1. Each is linked with ANKRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRA2-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELF2-AS2 grouped by ANKRA2-low versus ANKRA2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
