ANKH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, TRAJ21, and RN7SL255P. Each is linked with ANKH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKH-to-partner and partner-to-ANKH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by ANKH-low versus ANKH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
