ANKEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 178 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM3, KRTAP2-4, and ASB10. Each is linked with ANKEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ANKEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM3 grouped by ANKEF1-low versus ANKEF1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
