Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANK3-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANK3-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ANK3-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANK3-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRC, and OV are the cancer types where ANK3-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
