ANHX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANHX mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,637 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANHX-associated genes across cancer lineages are BICRA, ELFN1, and PDS5B. Each is linked with ANHX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANHX-to-partner and partner-to-ANHX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANHX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANHX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
