ANGPTL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPTL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1252P, RNU1-49P, and RNA5SP232. Each is linked with ANGPTL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL7-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1252P grouped by ANGPTL7-low versus ANGPTL7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
