ANGPTL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,954 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFB1I1, COL6A3, and MEIS3. Each is linked with ANGPTL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANGPTL2 versus TGFB1I1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
