ANGPTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MSH2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ANGPTL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ANGPTL2-low versus ANGPTL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
