Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANGPTL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,640 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPTL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Malonyl-CoA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ANGPTL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL2 results are reported.
