ANGPT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, C12orf43, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with ANGPT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPT4-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by ANGPT4-low versus ANGPT4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
