ANG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS28P1, COPS8P1, and MIR6877. Each is linked with ANG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANG-to-partner and partner-to-ANG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
