ANAPC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ASNS. Each is linked with ANAPC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC4-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ANAPC4-low versus ANAPC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
