Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,819 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, RNA 3'-end processing, and Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with ANAPC1P3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1P3-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1P3 results are reported.
