Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANAPC1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ANAPC1P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANAPC1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LAML show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ANAPC1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
