ANAPC1P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC1P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL654P, DEFB108D, and SPAM1. Each is linked with ANAPC1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1P2-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL654P grouped by ANAPC1P2-low versus ANAPC1P2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
