ANAPC1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,114 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP34, TASOR2, and MED1. Each is linked with ANAPC1P1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC1P1 versus USP34 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
