Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,605 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANAPC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF4, KPNB1, and C17orf75. Each is linked with ANAPC10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC10-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC10 versus CPSF4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
